Dharani Maddula
Founder & Partner
A qualified corporate lawyer with deep experience in banking and finance, debt restructuring, and complex commercial transactions, having advised banks, investment funds, and corporates on deals ranging from approximately AED 44 million to AED 2.9 billion across infrastructure, renewable energy, and real estate. She specialises in legal structuring, regulatory compliance, and due diligence, and graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, in the top 10% of her batch.
Swastik Pal
Founder & Partner
Swastik brings extensive experience working as general counsel for SMEs, with deep expertise in UAE corporate and commercial law. He has advised businesses across sectors on contracts, compliance, and commercial disputes, and has a strong track record of building long-term retainer relationships with corporate clients and bringing legal technology into client-centric service delivery.
Surabi Puhazendi
Founder & Partner
Surabi specialises in high-stakes corporate drafting and building the legal scaffolding growing businesses need, with an extensive track record in commercial disputes and institutional arbitration for large enterprises. She bridges cross-border legal operations between the UAE and India, and leads on AI and law, auditing automated legal documents to close gaps in protection.
